1. Acceptance
By using tap2payments you agree to these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. Services
tap2payments provides NFC-based card-present payment acceptance, merchant tooling, and related financial services. Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued with notice.
3. Merchant obligations
You agree to use the platform only for lawful transactions, maintain accurate business information, comply with card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and not process prohibited transaction types.
4. Fees and payouts
Processing fees are charged per transaction as displayed on our pricing page. Payouts are made on a rolling 2-business-day schedule subject to risk review.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
6. Limitation of liability
tap2payments liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
